We went for oyr honeymoon and had a great experience. The staff was ver welcoming and made a special decor on the room for us. The room was huge and it was very nice to have space for our suitcases and stuff. The tv was good with netflix access included. The overall cleaningness was good. The pool is open 24/7 which was really nice to make use of. The access to the hotel is very dirty, filled with holes, so if you are expecting to get from and to the hotel by foot, you will need mud boots for the raining days. The breakfast was descent but nothing special. The staff was very welcomming.
The hotel is great clean modern and central.. Beautiful views and great pool.. It's not managed very well though it could be so much better.. Little things lacking which was a bit annoying as there 1week Also outside ppl can use pool so it's very busy.. I personally wouldn't return but it's clean modern and comfortable as already stated and does look like photos just the staff were a little weird maybe lost in translation due to Myanmar workers..
This place is perfect if you’re ok with renting a motorbike OR if you want to chill out by the pool, have spa treatments and enjoy the food at the most beautiful restaurant on the beach. Their spa is also absolutely amazing (I highly recommend Fon for a facial and a massage). The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The floors could have been cleaner. Also, the phone in our room didn’t work and was not fixed during our stay. This is a great place to stay at if you want to stay at the resort most of the time OR if you’re comfortable with driving a motorbike. The location isn’t great for walking and you are pretty far from the main road. The resort doesn’t offer daily transfers to their guests which is a setback in my opinion. Transfers are minimum 150baht per person wherever you want to go, even if it is just to the 7/11 or laundry which are just 2min away via car. That’s crazy expensive compared to the rest of Thailand. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean and big size. food was good. the aircon in my room made a lot of noise and i couldnt sleep well at night. there were a lot of mosquitos so do carry ur mosquito repellant. location wise theres nothing nearby and u will need to take a taxi to go anywhere

I had an amazing stay at Summer Resort and would definitely give it 5 stars overall. The location is good – not right in the center of the action, but that’s also part of the charm. It’s about a 20-minute scooter ride to the Zen Beach area where everything happens, and in return you get peace, quiet, and a lovely stretch of beach right out front. The staff made the experience even better. Almost everyone was absolutely wonderful, warm, and helpful from the moment I arrived. There was one receptionist who was a bit less welcoming, but honestly, the rest of the team more than made up for it. The restaurant was one of the highlights. The team working there were incredible, and the food was simply delicious – some of the best I’ve had on the island. Prices are a little higher than average, but the quality and atmosphere are well worth it. The resort itself is beautiful. Everything is spotless, the design feels modern yet relaxing, and the pool is stunning – the kind of place you just want to spend the whole afternoon in. The only small improvement I’d suggest is paving the entrance road to make it easier to get in and out. My room was perfect – spacious, clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. It felt like the kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to after a long day out exploring. Overall, this is a resort I’d happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful stay in Koh Phangan
