Very pricey for what you get. I don’t get the allure. Our room was a nice size but carpet had a huge wet spot. No idea why. Didn’t bother to call or change rooms as I was already settled. Bedding is very nice but room is cold. Huge shower that’s wide open but have to turn up heat in the room when it’s cold out as it’s freezing. Hate the cold large scale tile floors. Should have radiant heat for the price. Furniture is tired.

I’m shocked by the 4 star rating and am not sure how they maintain that. Everything feels old and outdated, dingy and warn down. Bed was old and way too soft, old mini refrigerator that’s just put in the corner of the room isn’t cold. Walls, doors and entire building itself need painting and upgrades. It feels like a motel from the 70’s that had a light room redecoration in the 90’s. Told the front desk about cigarette smoke smell and nothing was done or offered. We were sneezing all night. Smell is soaked into the gross carpet and curtains.

Experience West Hollywood”
It was a nice place to relax but just pricey. Well, it's in West Hollywood so it's pricey. People were accommodating however during our check in we were informed that wifi was free but we were charged for it. The receptionist was kind enough to waive the charge though but informed us that next time we will be charged.

Excellent garden, restaurant and bar area. Discreet glamour amongst lush vegetation. An oasis of calm just by the Sunset Strip. Bed massive and very comforable. My wife does not much care for hotels preferring rental apartments. She said she was impressed with the Sunset Marquis, against expectation and would definitely stay again. As would I.
