They did a great job. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and not old at all. The villa zone rooms face each other, which is a bit strange. If you open the curtains, it seems like there is not much privacy. But it's good because it's different from the public areas of the resort. The swimming pool is quite large, suitable for playing around. The breakfast has a variety of options, everything is good. If the resort has a pool by the beach, it would be a perfect resort. Impressed with the service. Definitely going back again.

Great! Large and clean room, worth the money paid. However, the staff during breakfast service needs improvement in customer service. Compared to other hotels we've stayed at, their service is not as good. We had to carry our child to look for a high chair ourselves without any assistance or inquiry from the staff. We also had to bring the high chair ourselves, and the staff just stood there without offering any help. Very different from other hotels.
The hotel is ok, but the room had mold and the wifi didn't work”
When we entered the room we smelled a strong smell of mold. We told the reception, they said they will deep clean our room and they used a humidifier. But it didn't help. The room was clean but this is not up to our standards, the mirrors weren't cleaned daily, the bedsheets had some small stains (probably didn't come off at the wash), nothing major, just general. Also the wifi simply didn't work, it disconnected every 5 minutes. The staff were great and the breakfast was good.

It was our first holiday since Covid and Dewa is the magic potion!! My kids (8&5 years) were really enjoying themselves in both pool of the resort. The beach is safe (no rocks or steep), private and beautiful. We booked ourselves in the villa which is spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Through my travel experience to many island, breakfast here is really packed and that the dishes are rotating daily so we are never bored to wake up to the delicious lines of food. Staffs were friendly and caring, great hospitality they provided. Time fly and 4 days 3 nights seem not enough for us. So we made a promise to be returning in the early 2025 to be in the care of Dewa again. Well done and thank you Dewa, we love you!!
