Nice & affordable place to stay when in Melaka.”
Nice & clean hotel with friendly staffs. We stayed in Premier King Suite & so lucky that our room was at the 28th floor where there’s a great view of the entire city. We had a buffet breakfast at The Oak restaurant & serves different varieties of sumptuous fine foods. I suggest that you arrive a bit early or a bit late when you eat breakfast or else you’ll have to queue up & wait for vacant tables, but still fine because the staffs was really accommodating & have worked so fast to clean up all the tables so you can seat & eat right away. Overall, I am very satisfied with my 3D2N stay in The Pines & will definitely come back with our next trip to Melaka :)

Spacious new design with smelly good with pines scent”
We stayed on standard room with 2 single beds and it is really Spacious room with nice sofa and even with dining table. Can get more than 4 people to sleep here. Nice breakfast. Swimming pool alsa spacious and clean with salt water. Easy parking since we just need to use our room card to go in and out. Overall good. Just since it was weekend. Long queue for check in and we were encourage to check out before 11am. I think they should provide each room with an iron.

Worth to stay and recommended”
The room is spacious with kitchenette and dining table, clean and got a nice view even for the superior/basic room. Good facilities provided too. Never regret staying here and this would become my first choice hotel in Malacca. No worries for parking and the lift was so fast in the blink of an eye you have reached the highest floor. It's just that they lacked of iron during peak season. Overall review is almost perfect. For sure will come again.

Stayed here once few years ago. This time around not much of difference. Still excellent. One of four elevators were closed (not sure what reason), but the working three are fast. Even staying on 28th floor (top floor) does not need much delay in waiting as the elevator speed is fast. Same elevator goes to the carpark from the guest rooms. Guest rooms floor only accessible by access card. Same room access card can be used for car park which is very convenient. Room is good. Bathroom is spacious with a tub. Did not use the tub however as I noticed some dirt stuck along the tub walls, scared not hygienic. The bathroom has a window overseeing the malacca city. Imagine being in the tub looking over the night skyline. That would be nice. Water pressure is adequate despite staying on the top floor. Usual local tv channels including few Astro channels and vision four channels.

Had the best deal and good value for money during the stay. Staffs are super helpful and polite, very well trained. Made a last minute booking for one night stay due to emergency family member admitted at hosp and the Pines do have easy access and road directions to hosp melaka. We got room with city/seaview and the view from bed and bath tub is priceless. Room is spacious clean and cosy. Overall its a great experience and extremely recommended.

I got a high floor room and the room is quite big and it's very clean. No smelly odor in the room. And i got shocked from the views. my room was face to ocean and i can see the Melacca River too. it was so beautiful at night. Overall, awesome stayed experienced for me at this value of money. Pros: Clean, Not Far from Tourist Attraction, Nice View, Big Room. Cons: No Cons For ME. HAHA

Very clean and strategic”
I took the time off to unwind, and this hotel has made my stay a memorable one. Like everyone, I was quite worried with the risk entails during the Covid-19 pandemic, but the staff has made sure everything is made according to the highest standard of hygiene and preventive measures. The room was squeaky clean, and facilities are brand new. The downside is breakfast. I was quite disappointed that there was no buffet (not sure if this is only temporary), and not up to par with the price of the menu.

Not the cleanest. But my three year old loved the room. It's so big, she could run around. There's a sofa bed in the room plus two other single beds. Location is not the best. I tried once to walk out for lunch but can't find any restaurants :( very near to the ferry terminal to board the sightseeing ferry to Jonker Street. The swimming pools were very fun for children. They even had an infinity pool for the children.

Booked Junior suite king room. I tell you this room very spacious and got little mini kitchen, sofa bed, small dining table. Room was very clean when we checked in. Room window overlooking Malacca river. Nice ala carte breakfast and can have it in your room. My childrens just love the pool and playground. Could provide welcome drink but other than that everything was good. Definitely will come back near soon.

Nice View, Nice Staff, and good Location.”
We got a higher floor room which at 28th floor with nice Melaka View, Its face to Melaka Sea view along the river. Even we stay higher floor, but get lift in short time, and lift is speedy too. room is clean even not big but enough for both of us. hotel is near Jonker street, famous breakfast shop and some convenience shop is nearby too.

Super helpful hotel staff”
Special thanks to Ridzuan,Bahdul,Hadi and Sheryl (pronounce). They had helped me to jumpstart my car by carrying a heavy battery to carpark at 1am. Also 2nd attempts at morning. I'm pleased with their helps and they don't want anything in returns. The hotel is new and clean but the most impressive is salty water pool. You will get comfortable swim in this pool.

A perfect hotel for couples and family as the bed, location and cleanliness was top notch. Located within 2km from jonker walk, the hotel is just outside the the noisy tourist attraction and traffic congestion. Hotel room was quiet from the traffic and noisy crowd yet close enough for you to catch grab to reach jonker within 10 mins which cost around RM5.

the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming from front desk towards the housekeeping team. on site parking (FOC) during my time of staying is available and there are plenty of parking spaces available. the room is very spacious and comes with universal power plug, suitable for local and foreigner traveler. the mini bar amenities comes with kitchen sink, cabinet and counter top, which is quite rare for a hotel, this makes the washing of kitchenette very convenient. will stay at this place again and will recommend to others.

We stayed during the Hari Raya long weekend. The hotel staff is pleasant with the facilities kept clean and had a scrumptious breakfast during our stay. The carpark lots is aplenty too. We recommend this hotel to anyone who like to visit Melaka.

Came to celebrate birthday, requested for a cake but no cakes were placed but that was fine cause we went out as soon as we placed the bags down. Clean room, clean toilet. Safe hotel. The kids loved the bathtub. Pool and breakfast nice. Recommended!
