Exceptional”
I traveled with my 6 yrs old girl, upon check-in the staff offered a 3D puzzle of Macau Landmark - Ruins of St. Pauls as welcome gift. When we returned to hotel room 1 hour later we found the kid toiletries already placed in the bathroom. The most impressive item was the step stool for the little one to reach the basin, which I've never seen in any hotel room, how sweet St.Regis! Friendly, helpful staff, big room, comfortable bed, place very clean, all facilities you need are there for you. Definitely recommend St. Regis to everyone who are looking for high quality of service and a comfortable room.

Great for couple with young children”
We (a couple with a toddler and an infant) stayed for 3 nights and really impressed with the our stay. For the money you pay, this should be the gold standard of a 5 stars hotel hospitality. The staffs from all the level (receptionist, butler, housekeeper, room service staff, swimming pool and spa staff) were really professional and helpful. I celebrated wedding anniversary with my wife in our room and I got a little help from the butler team to prepare surprise for my wife. It was memorable! Our booking come with complimentary breakfast buffet. The food was very good with wide range of choice, picky eater will have no problem eating here. Not to mention the location is very nearby to shopping area and kid play area. If you are bringing young children to Macao to rest, do a little bit of shopping and to enjoy time with family, I’d strongly recommend St. Regis Cotai Macao!

Great room! Facilities were awesome. Room tv could be connected to apple devices. Only thing was that the tv could not be connected to the internet and the connection from the apple laptop needed wifi to connect to the tv. So its a little weird. Basically have the movie downloaded into your laptop before u wanna stream thru the tv. Bose wireless speaker was good for bluetooth-ing music. Gym was great. Huge.. and there was a jacuzzi and sauna. Staff needless to say were v polite and overall a great stay. Will def return!

The hotel is not too crowded which is exaxtly what we seek. Then, the service is excellent with the personalized butler for each floor. There is one drawback though. The location is quite far from the restaurants which are located in the middle of cotai central shoppes. Other than that, we do not see any flaw from St Regis Macao. Best hotel in Macau”
Have stayed in other St Regis hotels before and I am continuously impressed by the level of service. My only regret is that I had not stayed here the entire time (had chosen to see some other 5 star hotels in Macau which were all disappointing in comparison). On arrival we were greeted with free high tea, free cocktails and even first class tickets for the ferry ride back to Hong Kong. Thank you St Regis for a memorable stay!

Centrally Located, Great Views”
Their service stood out the most for me, the friendly, professional, English speaking staff were very courteous and helped me with every thing I needed, when I needed it. The rooms are well worth the price, the environment they offer is a nice change of pace from the more party centric atmosphere right across the street at the Crown or Hard Rock hotel. The location, next to the venitian mall and t galleria, places it within walking distance of anything and everything you would want to do on the Cotai Strip, and it is one of the tallest hotels around the area, allowing for great views. My room was on the topmost floor and I truly enjoyed it. Well worth it, and I will be staying again in the future.
