Good place to stay, but quite noisy”
This place is the good place to stay a night. Anyway the wall is quite thin and sound from outside the room able to came inside included the sound from above floor (Specially if you stay on the 1st floor). For the rest of it, All hotel personal had is good service and the breakfast is also good.

Large modern rooms”
The bedrooms were spacious and modern. Breakfast was good and plentiful except that there was no coffee, only Nescafé instant. Is this the 1950s? The hotel is just off a main highway and so you need transport to get anywhere

The Google Map Location is wrong, it is difficult to find out the residence.”
They don’t correct the location on google map and the telephone number of Agoda is wrong. So it was very difficult to find out The Zenith Residence Hotel when you were first time to booked it. It showed a very strange place and picture when you searched on google map. Until I used *The Rich Hotel* (where is near The Zenith Residence Hotel about 200meters) then I finally to reached this hotel. Hope they can spend time to modify the location on google map. Regarding to the room is big and very Japanese style design. The rest room is big and very nice design. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for sleeping. The price is included the breakfast and it is delicious. It is nice hotel for staying. Only suggestion is that they need to modify the hotel contact telephone with Agoda and correct the Google map location.

Don’t let “Residence” fool you”
The Zenith Residence is a new establishment, easily accessed just off of one of the main roads through town. The rooms are simple and bright with an interesting shower and toilet arrangement. Sleeping was no problem. We stayed just the one night and would return again for “just the one night”. To stay longer, however, would be tiring. The only soft place in the room is the bed. The seating is designer, wooden boxes which are OK when ‘working’ at a computer but NBG for relaxing on to read a book or watch the TV. Even the lobby lacks soft seating. Breakfast is simple and limited but does the job. No restaurant/bar facilities yet (Oct 2016) but appears to have an interesting development underway. Also has a large fitness centre facility associated with it.

The hotel can be easily reached by car. As it is far outside of the city center you also will need your own transport in town. There is a nice bar and restaurant nearby, so you won't starve. Room is big and nicely decorated. Sometimes I wished for a more functional and less artistic design. Bathroom gets quite wet during a shower. Breakfast buffet was ok.

The only mistake they made is, we requested an extra pillow, they said we have to pay extra for it, if not mistaken, about 200 bahts. Minor request but seems to be a big deal to them. Room is big, only thing, improve on service.

Great place with lovely staff near the hospital”
Accidentally broke some furniture but it wasn't a problem for the staff who were all lovely. Was near the hospital which is why we stayed. If i needed to go back to that area I would defiantly go back there.

Arrived to be greeted by two staff members, one very surly, who told me that they had no record of a reservation by Agoda. After waiting some time, I decided to leave and return, after they had time to confirm my reservation. They did so and the rest of the stay was OK but the initial reception didn't leave a good impression of this hotel.I wouldn't stay here again.

The walls between rooms are too thin and it was extremely noisy. Also surrounding areas were under construction. It was double noisy especially at night.

"Hey, we've got a farang here, he's in 314, come over and see if you can rob him," is not the kind of security you want in a hotel. A lot of mafia-style rackets in this town. I guess the odds of a recent investment in Korat not being corrupt are actually pretty low. But my basic expectations anywhere of I'm not paying you idiots to help the mob were not met.
