"I stayed here for three nights during the Full Moon Festival, so the area hotel prices in Koh Phangan were all extremely inflated at this time. However, the quality of the room matched the hotel's 3 star rating, not "Thailand 3 star" but actual clean rooms that had no major building issues, mosquito infestations, hot/cold water problems, etc. The room seemed newly built, two bottles of water received free daily, air conditioning actually cooled the room, and the WiFi worked extremely well in my room on the top/3rd floor). As for party/street noise, I heard none, though my room faced the back side away from the street. With the room's great blackout curtains and comfy beds, I slept well even in the middle of the party scene. I would stay here again, even at the higher peak prices."

"I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Wat Kow Tahm. Turns out I didn't need to as it was easy to get to the temple using other means. I also didn't think the rooms were top value compared to a friend's bungalow nearby that she booked online. However, here are the plus points: - staff are amazingly, genuinely caring and friendly. I felt looked after and that had my best interest at heart - food was good - I read about motorcycle scams on the island. I didn't have any problems whatsoever renting the bike at the hostel and their bikes are supercute as well. - extremely easy to find, located at the main road with huge signage All in all, I'd still recommend the place if this is your first time in Koh Phangan or if you'd like to meet people. For me the staff were excellent which is why I would recommend the place. cons: - my room's water supply smelled very strange but I didn't report it to the hostel, perhaps they would've looked into it."

"This is your place for the full moon party. Great location. Good service. It’s a no frills accommodation that has so many services around it including restaurants, travel agencies, the Haad Rin ferry to Koh Samui, convenience stores, scooter rentals. It’s in the thick of it yet not loud. If you’re looking for more including having your bed made daily, book You will need to rent a towel if you don’t have one. Also need to bring own padlock for locker. It’s a humid/swampy locale, so the ac in the room can be a blessing or a curse depending on how you see it, cooling you down or keeping you cold. FM party required multi day bookings at most properties. If you’re only looking to stay here for one night during FM, you may not see any availability. Book with 2+ days to see availability come up. You should also arrive for FM party at least one day before so you’re there for the build up to it. Very solo traveler friendly. "
