Very clean and staff very courteous..... WiFi very fast and no fuss . Been close to terminal 3 and the planes you have to let go of other commodities. If I was in transit I will stay here again

We spent 5 hours in the hotel between flights. It was expensive being about £99 for the room for two. It was however worth it to have a shower, laydown and rest.

Not much facilities offered in room. Only a small bottle of water for a twin room. No blanket but just a clothe sheet. TV programs hv to pay. For the price we paid it’s a ripoff

Can't get access to the hotel without a boarding pass some airlines don't offer online boarding passes or have them even to collect until 3 hours before the flight wheb the staff the desk which when no boarding pass on entry to the hotel sat my 24 hours stop over sitting in the airport terminal. Money well wasted choosing here.

Highly recommend if you end up in terminal 3 for your connecting flight wise choice way too easy, hotel staff great. .dinner and breakfast included great room, this is the only credible best option. ..worth the money and allowed a break for the 14 hours flight on Korean air next morning. ..

Please-all passengers-do not exit security when you arrive or it is a major major hassle. You are able to walk from terminal two to terminal three, and get to the hotel without leaving security, which is the huge benefit of the hotel except nobody knows that at the airport, including the security, TSA equivalent It would have been worth the $120 if I didn’t have to wait on line for two hours at security and walk back-and-forth an extra two times between terminal two and three. They would not let us in because we were on s domestic flight next. I had traveled 11 hours ok sn international flight and no one told us this information in advance. Awful situation and could not accomodate us.

Terrible and missleading”
the hotel is inside the international transit area, not informed anywhere in the booking , so you arrive to use the hotel and can't access the area at all... just pay and forget about using the room, just have to book another hotel after a long flight... no information at all. Horrible experience . do not book

Devolucion de reserva”
Quisiera que me devuelvan el dinero de la reserva porque no pude finalizar mi estadia en el hotel! ME COBRARON LOS DE AGODA PERO NO ME PUDE QUEDAR EN EL HOTEL!!!!!!! PORQUE NO EXISTA MI NUMERO DE RESERVA! ASI QUE PORFAVOR DEVUELVANME MI DINERO!!! Si les puse 5 estrellas de puntuacion al hotel es por la amabidad y paciencia que me atendio MAYRA del counter del hotel TRYP. No pude quedarme en el hotel porque no existia tal reserva, pero el hotel tiene personal de primera. Gracias MAYRA
