I am very satisfied with Victory. The room is very clean, beautifully designed, and has a partial sea view (as stated by the hotel) but in reality, it's very nice. So, booking a room on the left side (odd numbers) will be better (in my opinion). The location is close to the beach, so it's very convenient to walk out and swim. The toilet is a bit dark (due to only one light bulb), so the standing shower area doesn't have enough light. The shower area doesn't have a partition separating it from the sink and toilet, so the floor becomes wet after showering, and the drainage is slow. In general, I rate it 9.5/10.

The newly built hotel is very clean and has all the amenities. One downside is the swimming pool area. The decoration is not beautiful; given the current times with so many options available, the swimming pool area feels disappointing. It could be improved with more greenery around it. The pool area is large but dark and doesn't feel spacious.

The hotel is newly built but has an outdated design style compared to other hotels in the same price range. The swimming pool has a strong chlorine smell, making it difficult to use. If you go for a walk on the beach and return around 9 PM, the entrance from Thuy Van road is closed, and you have to go through the side entrance on Tran Quy Cap, which is not convenient for guests, especially since the parking lot is full and guests have to circle around to the side door. The breakfast buffet has hot and delicious food that suits the family's taste and is clean. The staff is extremely friendly and lovely, which compensates for other shortcomings. However, overall, with the room rental price, there are many other hotels in the area that are more reasonable and of better quality.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and crossing the street gets you to the beach. The rooms are spacious, with a sea view that is simply perfect. Most necessary amenities are available. Toothpaste, shampoo, hairdryer, refrigerator, bathrobe, safe, and more. Breakfast is very delicious, offering a variety from healthy dishes, sticky rice, bread, pho to pastries, yogurt, jelly, coffee, milk, providing a complete meal for breakfast. The elevator is fast and the parking lot is spacious. The only downside is that the bathroom drainage is a bit slow. I will recommend it to my friends and will definitely come back.
