"When booking accommodation online, one is never quite sure of what you are going to find upon arrival, especially when you are in a foreign country, away from all the familiar comforts of home. However, the anxiety instantly dissipated when we arrived at Palm Green Villa, and entered our Villa. The Villa was spotlessly clean, with every modern convenience one would need. The owner went out of her way to ensure that she catered for guests, with a choice of toiletries in each bathroom, detergents, extra linen, a selection of teas for the discerning palate and even washing liquid for you to do your laundry. A far cry from what is usually available in a self-catering unit. You would swear that she was preparing for the arrival of family! And that is certainly how we felt when she made a personal visit the morning after our arrival, just to ensure that we settled in well and if we needed anything else that she might have missed.
