Super relaxing stay”
I was looking for a relaxing environment and was able to enjoy it to the fullest! The outdoor swimming pool is beautifully decorated, luxuriously green (trees, shrubs) and has very comfortable and elegant outdoor furniture. The water temperature was ideally refreshing. The room was also very comfortable with a fabulous view of the Fountain, Governador Nobre Carvalho bridge over the Pearl river, as well as Lisboa and Grand Lisboa hotels. Great night view! The staff also contributed to my wellbeing during my stay. Thank you Wynn team! I definitely enjoyed my stay, and plan to repeat. Thank you Wynn Macau

Best hotel EVER”
Out of all the hotels I have stayed, this is by far the best, in terms of service and facilities. We were blown away. When we arrived, we were received at the front desk by Henry. Our room was not ready, so we left our luggage and went out for lunch. When we returned, unfortunately, we found out that there was only a room on the smoking level which was not what we booked. Given the choice of waiting a bit longer or taking it, we decided to wait a bit longer. In the meantime we were shown to our interim (smoking) room to refresh ourselves. True to promise, once the room was ready, we were escorted by a very friendly bellboy to the grandest suite I have ever seen in my life. All of us just went WOW. It was a complimentary upgrade and simply the best stay of our life! To celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday, they gave us a super super yummy chocolate cake, chocolate in a box and strawberries and champagne. Heartiest compliments to Henry and the bell boy. They made our stay unforgettable

Beautiful atmosphere and amazing lake view! The staffs were amazing and very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. Special thanks to Ms. Sharon Ng, Ms. Alison and Mr. Marlon for their exceptional service. However, the only downside was their security incharge @2pm (Jan. 17, 2022) was so arrogant and unhelpful! When we were about to leave the hotel while pushing my baby in a stroller, he just watched us and didn’t even bother to help opening the door. I also found out that he showed impoliteness towards my husband last night. Upon entering the lobby, he stopped my husband and asked arrogantly, “Where are you going? What’s your room number?” Hey, what’s the purpose of asking? Do they have a “no room reservation, no entry” policy?!! That was so rude of him!

The hotel provided baby stroller, bed and bathtub for my 3-months’ old baby, it was very sweet! Although we got lost few times outside the hotel (coz most of the entrances are directly leading to casino and the baby can’t pass through), it was a pleasant stay.

I booked in advance as dates/availabilty can be an issue, this is a first choice hotel in macau but I understand chinese clients perfer the encore macau over the wynn mac. the decor is similar to the wynn in las vegas(carpet,walls) I stayed in a one bedroom suite & it was unforgetably fabulous the suite had a huge bathroom& big jacuzzi tub big black granite shower a description of pure luxury, check in is private at the newly renovated wynn club, shops were all high end, service, concierge service excellent perfect english resourceful, confirming international flights. my visit to macau was alot of fun the wynn & venetian were similar to the las vegas wynn & venetian but theres only one las vegas, macau is a whole different experience completely well with kids you werent allowed to walk thur the casino gambling area, so seeing the hotel as entirely wasnt possible which felt like a smaller place & to get to the cantonese resturant you needed to walk outside around the building, macau makes more revenue from gambling than las vegas but theres more shows & shops & things to do in las vegas the show to see in macau was the "water dance" at the city of lights hotel on the other side of the island

A 5 star hotel that truly lived up to its rating. ”
The Wynn Hotel is close walking distance to the main Macau square and Portugese heritage buildings. A short taxi hop to the Macau Tower will give an extra dimension to your visit. Fantastic views, excellent dining at reasonable price, bungy jumping if you like this sort of thing. The Wynn is a class act and draws a clientele that is a mix of the classes. Technology is there to behold in the Hotel and offers computer buffs high speed broadband in their rooms. Thanks to Agoda we negotiated an excellent price for our room and it was value all the way. Would highly recommend Wynn; it deserves to be a 6 star class hotel.

Beatiful and clean. If you are looking for the vegas vibe though then go to Las Vegas. There are no bars in the hotel rather just a few restaurants with delicious food. The casino is small and efficient if you know how to play the asian card games. I am an Amaerican doing business in Asia so I do not know how to play these games. There were only two blackjack tables in the whole casino which closed early because none of the locals play. Keep in mind the hotel is built to cater to the local Chinese and Hong Kong reaidrnts and not Cauacasians like me. In my experience Macau is all about walking around to all of the hotels to see the amazing architectures and quality of building materials. For the short time I was there, I had a wonderful stay at the Wynn Macau and reccomend it to anyone who wants to stay in an immaculate hotel.

A wonderful hotel with professional service”
Mostly, we liked the Wynn Macau for the high quality of its room furnishing, the professional attitude of its front desk staff, and the entertaining lake, dragon of fortune and tree of prosperity performances. Check in was swift and friendly: when told that my wife and I were celebrating our 49th anniversary, the receptionist issued us a lake and fountain facing room, with a superb view of the Cotai region and provided with a MOP200 rebate voucher for the Japanese restaurant. What impressed me most was that the front desk staff member chased me to the airport to return my credit card which I had forgotten to retrieve after paying our bill. It was a thoroughly relaxing two night stay at The Wynn after the hussle and bustle of our first two nights at a 5-star hotel in Taipa island.

Best Hotel In Town!”
Being a constant traveler, I had high expectations for Wynn. We've been to other hotels in Macau, but I must say that Wynn is the best one we've stayed in! The amenities are nice, the rooms are quite modern and spacious. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was great! The only downside is that the location of the hotel is not at the center of Macau. Nonetheless, it is a very beautiful hotel -- worth every dollar! It's really 5-star and posh, I'd love to stay here again in my next trip!

Upon check in, friendly and very accommodating staff greets and welcomes you. Going up to your room, you will pass through an elegant hallway and be overwhelmed with splendid and magnificent room ambiance, with well coordinated and matching colors of upholstery up to the drapes! Once in your room, you'll like to stay there forever but there are many shops still to explore!

Like every hotels in Macau, they have free shuttle bus from the ferry terminal to its hotel. For Wynn Hotel, they have a very helpful bus staffs that will help you with your carriages and the bus itself is huge! So there are plenty of space for you and your family. The check-in process was fast no hassle at all. All the hotel staffs, include its security and cleaning room service are all very nice and helpful. Its room itself is definitely a 5 stars. It is huge! And it has all the facilities you need, like: in room massage, salon, bathrobe, complete beauty kits, hair dryer, shoe polish, umbrella, iron, extra pillow and blanket, laundry bag, international adapter is available on every room for free, complimentary mineral water (you can ask for more), room garnish like flower and chocolate! Moreover what I like is: TV on the bathroom and there are plenty drawer to put my stuffs. :)
