Great for a short stay”
For the money you pay, you'll get a basic room with a working AC and a private bathroom. The location is very deep in the "soi", but 7-11 and coin laundry are within walking distance. I wish they put a hot water kettle in the room and a shower curtain. They should also train their staff so they can speak more basic English.

Clean friendly , large free parking area with security, rooms basic but clean and functional, bathroom fairly clean, convenient store 150 meters . Main shopping centre 1.5 km . Staff very friendly and helpful. Good place for short stay.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable as there is a closable door for the bedroom. Bathroom could do a better cleaning, especially the drain that floods a bit.

I don't understand the excellent rating they get from Agoda. The room was bland with cheap furniture (and a little run-down). The toilet was dirty. The spring in the mattress poked on my back. Though the rate was not expensive but I have been to far better provincial hotel at this price.

Our Stay in Korat at Zada Residence”
We stayed at Zada residence for 5 nights and found them to be most pleasant. The only drawbacks is its location which without GPS would be difficult to find. Also having no restaurant is a bit of a downer, however there are two great restaurants located not far away. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Korat. If this hotel wss located on the main road it would be packed to capacity every night

It's ok with this trip at Zada, just the way to hotel a bit scary but the place ok, if u have food shop or room service is good for who stay there cos at night hard to find food around there n way to go out also dark, scary . Thx u

This was a second stay and as previously we had a great time there given the cleanliness and modern set up with all necessary amenities. Highly recommended, though with one's own transport it does make things easier. We will certainly return if we are in that part of the country
